What Traylo is

Traylo is an Arabic-first travel guide to Türkiye: pages for destinations and places, pages run by business owners, and tools for your trip. By using Traylo you agree to these terms.

Traylo's role

Any price, condition or time is agreed directly with the business. The business is responsible for its service and for the licences and permits it needs, and Traylo is not a party to your agreement and does not vouch for the service.

Check the details that matter to you yourself before you agree to anything.

Business pages and ads

Business owners are responsible for what they write on their pages, and we show when information was last updated where we know it.

Ad units always carry the word “Ad”, and their rules are in the ads policy. An ad never changes the order of other results; how we rank is in how we rank results.

Your account and what you publish

You don't need an account to browse Traylo or contact a business. If you create one, you are responsible for it and for everything you publish: reviews, questions, answers and photos.

What you publish follows the content policy and the review rules. We may hide content that breaks them or suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

Who owns the content

What you publish stays yours. You allow Traylo to show it, store it and translate it when a reader asks, for as long as it is published, to run the service. Traylo's name, design and guide texts belong to Traylo.

Points

Points are a unit inside Traylo that you earn through your activity and use to unlock extra features. Points are not money and cannot be exchanged for money. How to earn and use them is in My points.

The guide and AI

Guide information and what the planner and the assistant suggest are general guidance and may be inaccurate or out of date. Check official sources before any important decision.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Traylo is not responsible for the outcome of your agreement with a business or your dealings with another user, or for relying on information on the platform.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will announce important changes inside Traylo. The operator's details and our contact channels are in legal information.
