Content and reporting policy
Last updated: September 2026
What it covers
Everything published on Traylo: reviews, questions, answers and photos; business pages, offers and stories; messages; and ads.
What we don't accept
- Illegal content or services, or an activity that needs a licence its owner doesn't hold.
- Misleading information: wrong photos, prices or details, or a service that doesn't exist.
- Fraud, or asking for money in suspicious ways.
- Abuse, threats, incitement, hatred or discrimination.
- Other people's data or photos without their permission.
- Sexual or violent content.
- Infringing intellectual property rights.
- Fake or rewarded reviews, and spam.
For business owners
Write correct information and a way to reach you that works, and update it when it changes. Any agreement is directly between you and the traveller, so don't write on your page that Traylo handles or vouches for it.
How to report
- Tap “Report” on the review, question, answer, business page, story, ad or conversation. You don't need an account, and you can leave your e-mail if you'd like an answer.
- Rights holders and public authorities: use the e-mail in legal information.
After a report
We review every report and decide under these rules; a report alone never hides content. If the content breaks the rules we hide or remove it, and we may suspend an account for repeated or serious breaches. The author is told why.
If your content was hidden
If you think the decision was wrong, appeal from the notification you receive or write to us through our contact channels, and we will look at it again.
